Q: How quickly can you start?

A: For Tier 1 audits, we can typically start within 1-2 weeks of signed agreement. For Tier 2/3 ongoing services, we can start within days. Current availability depends on our workload - consultation call will confirm timeline.

Q: Do you handle contracts in all industries?

A: We specialize in service contracts - facility management, landscaping, IT services, cleaning, maintenance, and similar service-based work. We've managed compliance across 8+ service contract types. If your work is highly specialized (defense manufacturing, R&D), we may not be the best fit.

Q: What if you find problems during the audit?

A: That's the point! The audit identifies gaps so you can fix them BEFORE a government audit finds them. We provide a prioritized roadmap showing what to fix first, estimated time for each fix, templates to use, and guidance on implementation. For Tier 1, you implement with our email support. For Tier 2, we provide hands-on guidance and document review throughout the process - we draft, you approve and submit.

Q: Can I upgrade from Tier 1 to Tier 2 later?

A: Absolutely. Many clients start with an audit, realize they need ongoing support, and move to monthly management. We'll credit your audit fee toward the first month if you upgrade within 30 days.

Q: Is there a Q: Do you represent us during government audits?policy?

A: Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final once you download the templates. However, if you have issues with file access or technical problems, contact us immediately and we'll resolve it.

Q: What's included in the 30-day implementation support (Tier 1)?

A: Email access for questions about implementing our recommendations. Example: "How do I document this requirement?" or "Which template should I use for this?" Response time: 24-48 hours. We don't do the work for you, but we guide you through it.

Q: Can you help with bid preparation?

A: Yes, especially for Tier 3 clients. We can review RFPs for compliance requirements, help you develop compliant approaches, and ensure your proposal addresses all FAR clauses. This is on-demand for Tier 3, add-on service for Tier 1/2.

Q: What if we're not satisfied with the service?

A: For Tier 1: If we miss something material in the audit, we'll re-audit at no charge. For Tier 2: 3-month minimum, then you can cancel with 30 days notice. For Tier 3: Custom terms negotiated. Our goal is long-term relationships built on results.

Q: Do I still need the templates/membership if I hire you?

A: Tier 1 includes templates for implementation and 6 months membership. Tier 2/3 include everything - templates, membership, all tools. You won't need to purchase separately. If you already own products, we'll credit them toward services.
